Is nose piercing haram? I have always admired seeing sisters with their nose pierced and I am not sure if it is the right thing to do. I have read on it and some scholars say it is makruh and others say it is haram. I just need your opinion on the question.

I believe that a woman has a natural inclination towards embellishment. She is allowed by the Sharia’h to embellish herself. Even the embellishments worn on face and hands are allowed to reveal. Therefore, in our opinion there is no point in objecting to the practice of nose piercing. I wonder what would be the argument for declaring it haram or makruh?
