Question
I have been hearing a lot of things about taboot-e-sakina. They provide Qur’anic reference. Please let me know the status of this mystery. To me I really don’t agree with this myth.
Answer
All we can definitely say about this has to be bases on reliable sources and any other myth surrounding the story is of no value unless it can be backed up from reliable sources. The Qur’an has given us a brief description of the Ark and we can find some descriptions in the Old Testament that we may accept as they mostly seem to be inline with the descriptions given in the Qur’an.
