With this logic, I contend that it would be similarly impossible to  accept that an entity such as God could simply just exist without a  creator or a beginning. An entity capable of creating our universe would  similarly need to be explained. Similarly, if God had a creator, then  what is the origin of the first creator? I contend that if God does not  require a creator, then neither does our universe.<\/p>\n<h3>Answer<\/h3>\n<p>We look for a creator only when we are convinced that something is created. <\/p>\n<div>Your colleague should first understand the concept of God and once he understands it then the question will be irrelevant.<\/div>\n<p>God  is a being that himself has created time. Therefore any question that  can suggest anything about God being restricted to time will be  irrelevant. \u201cWho created God\u201d means that at a time, God did not exist.  This itself goes against the definition of \u2018God\u2019. God does not have a  beginning or end and he always existed and even the word \u2018always\u2019 in my  sentence is not an accurate word because it again limits God to a  dimension of time.
