He has left behind a house.  Now, we have mutually decided to sell it. Please let me ascertain the  shares of each one, if the price is Rs.20 million<\/p>\n<h3>Answer<\/h3>\n<p>\n   Assuming that  there are no other heirs like father or mother of the deceased and you  are the only heirs the property shall be distributed like this:<\/p>\n<p>\n   1. Any debt or wills have to be fulfilled.<\/p>\n<p>\n   2. The wife of the deceased (your mother) gets 1\/8 of the whole property.<\/p>\n<p>\n   3. The remaining is split in three equal shares.
