Does it mean that if a Muslim deceives another Muslim then he shall be away from the people of Islam?<\/p>\n<h3>Answer<\/h3>\n<p>\n   assalaam o  alaykum<\/p>\n<p>\n   The hadith you have mentioned does not mean that a person who cheats is not a believer and a Muslim. It means he is not following the path of Islam properly. The act is not in line with the faith. Therefore, in order to be among the believers in the life and the afterlife one must avoid cheating.
