\n The divorce is the exclusive right of the husband. He has to consider all the consequences before issuing a divorce. The final decision is his and he is responsible for issuing a divorce. There can be many types of pressures applied on him. Unless he is forced to the point that his senses no more work and he does not know what he is doing or he is compelled under life threat his decision would be final and valid. He can resist normal pressure techniques and should bear the responsibility if he gives in under ordinary demands.<\/p>\n
