Does the Qur\u2019an allow building the industry?<\/p>\n<h3>Answer<\/h3>\n<p>None can say that a country producing armament is committing <em>haram<\/em>.  Everyone has the right to develop their defense and enable them to war  any oppressor country. However, weapons of mass destruction go beyond  this purpose and should never be built. Islam does not allow us to kill  innocent lives even during the war. This shows that we should not engage  is anything which has the potential to be used wrongly and which causes  more harm to the massed then to the military forces even during the  war.
