Nor is avoiding disclosing it  illicit. This is because every such help granted to another person is <em>sadaqah<\/em> by definition. <em>Sadaqah<\/em>  is but charity. When you help someone you are doing a charitable act.  However, one should not seek any benefit from the person whom one helps.  However, some people do not easily accept our help when we use the word  <em>sadaqah<\/em>. To such people we may not mention it.
