The  best example of this alteration in Urdu is <em>muhabbat<\/em> (affection).  Mother&#8217;s affection for her son is totally different from that between a  husband and his wife. Yet the same word is used to connote both the  relations. When the word <em>&#8216;sall\u0101&#8217;<\/em> is ascribed to mankind, it  carries the meaning of praying for divine blessings. But when it is  ascribed to Allah Almighty, it gives the meanings of bestowing blessings  on the Holy Prophet (sws). No doubt that Allah is the Creator and the  absolute but He is also the master and Lord of all the creatures. The  whole system of the world depends on His blessings. Both these aspects  have been combined in Surah al-Ikhl\u0101s (112).
