I was listening to an audio lecture by Mr Ghamidi. In the question\/answer session someone asked Mr Ghamidi about the age of Sayyida Aisha’s at the time of her marriagewith the Prophet (sws). In his response Mr Ghamidi stated that there is a style in the Arabiclanguage according to which when she said 6 or 9 years, the 10 was already implied init. He mentioned that there are some narratives in which the dates oflaylatulqadr<\/em> are mentioned and similarly, only 6, 7 or 9th day is mentioned eventhough the dates are 25, 27 etc. The 20 was implied.<\/p>\n

I was wondering if it would be possible to get references of thosenarratives of laylatalqadr<\/em> that be mentioned<\/p>\n

Narrated ‘Ubada bin Assamit: Allah’s Apostle went out to inform the people about the date of the Night of decree there happened a quarrel between two Muslim men. The Prophet said, “I came out to inform you about the Night of Al<\/em>\u2212Qadr<\/em>, but as so\u2212and\u2212so and so\u2212and\u2212so quarreled, so the news about it had been taken away; and maybe it was better for you. So look for it in the ninth, the seventh, or the fifth (of the last ten days of Ramadan). <\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Bukhari: Chapter on that the information about the exact date of the laylat<\/em>al-qadar was held due to a quarrel<\/em>.<\/em><\/p>\n
