Is Youtube advertisement revenue permissible?

Assalam o alaikum,

I want to ask if it is allowed to earn money through YouTube ads. Is this earning halal?

There appears to be nothing wrong with earning from YouTube ads. Based on my knowledge, I think there are ways to restrict adverts in the AdSense account. What I will suggest is to alter the settings in the AdSense account in a way that ads of a specific nature or from specific categories like adult ads etc. are not displayed on your YouTube videos. Rest is fine.
